Ar. Michael Ching
"Ar. Michael ChingAr. Michael Ching Chee Hong, graduated with B. Arts (Architecture) from Deakin University, Australia and subsequent B.Sc Architecture from University of Malaya. He is a professional architect, was a member of Green Building Index (GBI) Accredited Panel and Honorary Secretary of the Malaysia Green Building Council (malaysiaGBC).
With over 24 years of experiences in several international firms, his passion and active interest are in Sustainable Design. His works were published both locally and internationally and have been recognised in the field of sustainability with several awards."

Ir. Dennis Tan Kok Kwan, graduated with B. Electrical Engineering from Staffordshire University, United Kingdom. Ir. Tan Kok Kwan is the director of BGreen Associates Sdn Bhd and BSD Associates Sdn Bhd. He has more than 20 years of experience as a consulting engineer in building services which includes management, business development, design, documentation and contract administration of mechanical and electrical services. He is a registered Green Building Index Facilitator (GBIF) and Commissioning Specialist (GBI CxS) working on a variety of green projects.

H.A. Chong, Head of Department (Business Development, Sales, and Marketing) at BSG Property—a division of Boon Siew Group—holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing from Anglia Ruskin University, UK, and brings over 20 years of experience in the property development industry. A member of both REHDA and the Penang Chinese Chambers of Commerce (PCCC), he oversees sales and marketing operations across Northern and Central Peninsular Malaysia, driving business growth through strategic planning, campaign execution, and market trend analysis. He has played a key role in the planning and design of prominent developments such as Marriott Residences Penang, 10Stonor Kuala Lumpur, and the newly launched Westin Residences Penang.

An accomplished manufacturing leader with over 20+ years in the FMCG and B2B food ingredients industry. Having been part of the pioneering team at Hershey, he has progressively grown from Business Unit Manager to his current leadership position, demonstrating his dedication and expertise in driving operational success. He is part of APAC & India leadership team to steer regional business deliverable (Regional ILT). He currently serves as the Manufacturing Director in Hershey Malaysia & India, a non-union plant specializing in the production of chocolate and syrup products. He leads a high-speed, state of the art manufacturing and automated line within a complex high-mix, low-operation environment characterized by seasonality and late-stage differentiation. In his role, he is directly accountable for the effective operation and performance of the manufacturing facility and distribution center. He ensures that the plant operations run efficiently to meet both plant-specific and overall regional business goals. As the Plant Head, provides clear direction and leadership through goal setting, performance planning, execution of CI initiatives and metric reviews. He is also currently leading plant digitalization initiatives for the site by collaborating COE based in Headquarter. This site is an important site for Hershey as the plant exports to over 33 countries and he collaborates closely with both local and global cross functional teams to establish and execute operating plants within budget. He is committed to fostering a safe and quality culture and enables a safe working environment for all the employees.

No event available.Dato' Seri Ir. Lim Kok Khong
In 1988, Dato’ Seri Ir. Lim Kok Khong graduated from the University of Malaya. Prior to his employment with M.E.I. in November 1989, he worked with Hock Lian Seng Engineering Pte. Ltd. as a Project Engineer responsible for the construction of the $120 Million Waste Treatment Plant for the Ministry of the Environment, Singapore. His duties included construction management, planning, alternative design, monitoring and overall supervision of the various engineering disciplines, namely civil & structural, mechanical and electrical. He joined M.E.I. Project Engineers Singapore in November 1989 and has been responsible for the Civil and Structural design and Project Management of several projects undertaken by M.E.I. He was the Project Manager responsible for the design, construction and completion of several process plants which include Asian Bleaching Earth at Samut Sakorn, Thailand. The plant was successfully completed in March 1991. In April 1991, he was made the Director of M.E.I. Project Engineers Sdn. Bhd. responsible for the general management and now the Managing Director of the company. He has played a significant role in the organization’s growth and in obtaining its ISO 9001 certification. His responsibility covers the overall management of the company including design, project management and completion for over 250 projects throughout Malaysia and the ASEAN Region.
